  • During your 75-minute initial session Cindy will work with you to assess your past medical history, nutrition & lifestyle history, medications and any current health concerns. If you have had any recent lab work or diagnostic tests it is helpful to consider also. Psychosocial history, previous therapy approaches, effectiveness, and current areas of concern will be discussed. The comprehensive approach allows Cindy to consider each area of health and navigate a customized treatment approach for you. The session will end by discussing treatment recommendations and deciding together upon the best first step.

    To maximize the 75-minute session time together it is recommended to submit paperwork prior to the initial consultation. Cindy will use 45-60 minutes to prepare prior to the session.

    Cost of initial session; $395.00

  • In the follow up sessions, you and Cindy will implement the decided therapy approach and review any medical information as needed.

    Cost of 50 minute follow up sessions; $175.00

  • If you are interested in making a change but also have questions to discern if this is the right fit for you– this may be the best next step. This is not an initial consultation and will not be used to dive deep into your presenting situation. It is best used as an opportunity to answer your questions and to determine if your needs are within Cindy's area of expertise.

    Cost of 50 minute Q&A Session; $175.00

As a professional nurse for 32 years, therapist and owner of her own private practice for 14 years, multiple certifications and a genuine love of learning, this is an area she deeply enjoys!

    Cost of a 50 minute professional coaching session; $175.00

    After the first session customized packages are available based on goals.

All services are private pay only. If you choose to file out of network benefits with your insurance company I will provide an invoice.
